Get cheaper pricing than a standard submission without having to manage costly subscriptions or submit massive amounts of cards yourself.
1. The Submission Process starts by you submitting a list of the cards you would like to submit in your modifiers section (or send us an email if you forget.)
2. We will reach out with a confirmation and provide a recommendation for shipping your cards safely with a brief agreement relating to your service.
3. Once the agreement is signed we will send a shipping label for you to be able to send your cards to us.
Once we receive your cards we will send out your submission to the appropriate card grading service following all of their guidelines.
You will receive automatic updates as your card(s) go through the process
When your card arrives back to us you will be given the option to post it for sale through consignment or have us send it back at no additional cost to you. If you opt for consignment you will receive both a credit towards consignment fees and a reduced consignment schedule.
Cards opted for shipping back will be sent to you (at no additional cost) and you can enjoy a new piece of your collection!
Card Grading Services
Some grading companies assess a surcharge for grades that go above and beyond certain dollar values. Fresh Gem Collectibles will process any surcharges for you to prevent any delay in service to you or our other customers. When the surcharge is paid you will have 45 days or 30 business days (whichever is less) to settle the invoice for additional charges. If this invoice is not paid within the given timeframe you will automatically receive a full refund for any payments related to that submission (minus any payment processing fees) and Fresh Gem Collectibles will become the rightful owner of the graded product.
